raquel rodriguez, MD, MPP

Raquel was born in Mexico DF and raised in San Diego, California. She attended Harvard College where she graduated with a BA in Human Evolutionary Biology and secondary field in Psychology. After college, she spent time working with a Boston-based organization aiming to improve educational opportunities for immigrant students. She returned to California for medical school, where she attended the UCLA/Charles Drew University Medical Education Program. She also enrolled in the Luskin School of Public Affairs at UCLA as a dual degree candidate and completed a Masters in Public Policy. She is now a physician in Los Angeles. 



Enhao was born in China and grew up in Texas before attending Harvard College. After getting a BA in Economics, she spent a couple of years working in finance as an investment banker for Morgan Stanley. During her time at Morgan Stanley, Enhao got to work with some of the most exciting technology companies in Silicon Valley and even help a few go public. So inspired by the companies she had worked with, Enhao decided to start her own technology company - Mentorkind - a mentorship platform that seeks to close the representation and knowledge gap for women and minorities.


Ying Cao, President

Ying has more than three decades of experience in acupuncture and Chinese medicine; in addition, as an educator, teaching in 3 different institutions in China and the US. She currently serving on the board of the Texas Association of Acupuncturists. She has helped undergraduates fundraise for their college tuition. 


David Li, Events Director

David is a co-founder of Fund Scholar and is in charge of fundraising events. He is a student of the St. Mark’s School of Texas, class 2020.
